Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (MOHE)
The Ministry of Higher Education was established on 27 March 2004. On 15 July 2004, the Ministry of Higher Education began operating at Block E3, Parcel E, Pusat Perbadanan Kerajaan Persekutuan Putrajaya. The Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education is comprised of two departments and an agency.The departments under the Ministry of Higher Education are the IPT Management Department (JPIPT) and the Polytechnic and Community College Management Department. The JPIPT is also comprised of two management sectors, that is, IPTA Management Sector and the IPTS Management Sector. The agencies under the Ministry of Higher Education are MQA, PTPTN , Yayasan TAR and Public Institutions of Higher education (IPTA).

Malaysian Education Promotion Centres (MEPC) Websites
The MEPC websites supports and assist in promoting Malaysian education for the Malaysian Education Promotion Centres (MEPC), Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (MOHE) to the targeted countries, namely Arab, China, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)
The Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), was established on 1 November 2007 with the coming in force of the Malaysian Qualifications Agency Act 2007. The MQA was officially launched by the Honourable Minister of Higher Education, Dato’ Mustapa Mohamed, on 2 November 2007. The main role of the MQA is to implement the Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF) as a basis for quality assurance of higher education and as the reference point for the criteria and standards for national qualifications. The MQA is responsible for monitoring and overseeing the quality assurance practices and accreditation of national higher education.

With the vision to be a credible and internationally recognised higher education quality assurance body and the mission to inspire the confidence of its stakeholders through best practices, the MQA is set to chart new boundaries in higher education quality assurance. [MQA Website]
